A comprehensive Online user guide and animated tutorials for enhanced features and updates mean that within an hour you'll be creating even complex scheduled campaigns with SMS and Mobile Internet elements.

Each new Account includes an Online training session, held 1:1 with one of our Platform Managers. In this first session, you will be shown how to set up a response campaign, create push campaigns, import contacts and add a mobile internet landing page.

After this session, any registered user has access to support by phone and email during normal business hours.
